• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

4. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
